5. Virtual Property
5.1. All characters, items, skills, currencies, and accounts remain the property of the server.
5.2. Players do not own any virtual content and have no real-world rights to it.
5.3. Virtual assets have no monetary value outside the server.
6. Donations
6.1. Donations are voluntary and intended to support server maintenance and development.
6.2. Donations do not grant ownership, special legal rights, or immunity from rules.
6.3. Donation rewards may be changed, adjusted, or removed for balance reasons.
6.4. Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy published on the website.
7. Availability and Technical Issues

7.2. The administration is not responsible for rollbacks, crashes, data loss, or force majeure events.
